• The item is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

• The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

• Evidence MUST be provided in the form of picture or video

We exchange within 48 hours in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Gujranwala and 90 hours for the cities where we don’t have our outlets.

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled only within the first 15 minutes of placement. After that, the order cannot be cancelled.
